Sunrise Machinery Manufactory CO., LTD is a professional one-stop manufacturer of commercial vehicle chassis spare parts based in Quanzhou, Fujian Province, with over 10 years of manufacturing and global export experience.

We specialize in a full range of heavy-duty truck & trailer suspension components, including wheel bolts, leaf spring pins, king pin repair kits, leaf spring center bolts, U-Bolts, tie rod ends, drag links, spring shackles and hangers. High-precision turning for outer circle, groove and chamfer, stable accuracy for mass production.

Tapping Machine

Internal thread processing for Nuts and bushings, smooth thread without burrs.

Thread Rolling Machine

Cold rolling external threads, higher tensile strength than cutting threads, anti-fracture for heavy load use.

Nut Riveting Machine

Automatic assembly of bolt & nut sets, tight matching and consistent assembly standard.

Plain finish (natural steel color) with anti-rust oil, cost-effective for African & Middle East markets;
Manganese phosphated finish, standard OEM treatment for Japanese heavy truck spare parts;

All finished products go through hardness testing (HRC 52-60 induction hardening for pins & bolts), dimension inspection and rust resistance test before packaging, to eliminate defective goods before shipment.
